MKB Offerte is an online tool that lets small business owners generate professional quotes from a short description and a prospective client's email. The service generates text with AI, exports PDFs and facilitates digital signing.

You create an account with your email address and sign in via a magic link. You are responsible for protecting access to your mailbox. One account is intended for one user; sharing logins is not allowed.

• The first quote is free. After that you need a subscription.
• The Pro plan costs € 19 per month (excl. VAT) and includes five quotes per month.
• Payments are processed by Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact).
• The subscription is monthly and you can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused quotes expire at the end of the calendar month.

You retain ownership of the content you put into quotes, including client data. By using the service, you grant MKB Offerte the right to store, process and transmit that content as needed to deliver the service.

You may only use the service for legitimate quotes. No spam, phishing or content that violates laws or regulations. We may terminate your account immediately for abuse.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Where possible we announce maintenance in advance. We may add, change or remove features.

The service generates quotes using AI. Always review the output (amounts, VAT, client name, delivery details) before sending a quote. We are not liable for damage caused by errors in generated text.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event causing the damage, capped at € 500. Indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profit and lost revenue are excluded.

You can terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate your account for breach of these terms or prolonged inactivity.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the district where MKB Offerte is established.
